Our Process
Follow these 3 simple steps to plan, design and schedule your project with us!
Step 1: Consult With a Specialist
Your bathroom and/or kitchen remodeling process starts with a free consultation with our specialist! During your consultation, we will gather information about your project(s), make recommendations, provide consultation and utilize our 20/20 design software to help us visualize your project!
We ask our clients to bring (or email) a basic sketch of their existing bathroom/kitchen, along with photos to their first appointment (pictures can be taken on your cell phone). We will make a site visit to your home at a later date, after our initial appointment, to take measurements, and before we order all materials used in your project.
Step 2: Select Materials
Our showroom features complete bathroom and kitchen displays, as well as tile, cabinetry, faucets, shower systems and counter top options. All materials can be selected from our showroom and all ordering/delivery of materials are handled by us. We stand by our work 100% and are confident that you will be very happy with the quality of our work when your bathroom/kitchen is complete!
As a way to provide you with an accurate estimate for your project, we ask our clients to choose all their materials, prior to us completing your proposal for your project.
Step 3: Schedule Your Project
Once we have finalized all of the details in your proposal and you are ready to move forward, we will schedule your project on our calendar. Your deposit for your project secures your place on our calendar and your materials are ordered immediately after a deposit has been made and once your selections have been finalized. Please allow 3-4 weeks for all of your materials to be delivered. All materials are delivered to our showroom and are then checked and staged to be ready for installation, ensuring efficiency and smooth project flow.
